My wife and I are so pleased with the work of Bay Floors. Our 90 year old hardwoods look fantastic. It was a pleasure to work with every member of the Bay Floors team. We were very grateful for the great craftsmanship and service from Steve and his team who did the work in our home. And the customer service from Harry and the team at the office was terrific.
I would simply like to thank those at Pinnacle floors / Bay floor serveice for providing excellent service and for a job well done at my residence in Annapolis MD.
Repairs to the new and the old hardwood floor were done professionally and with attention to detail, making transitions between the new and old floor seamless. Your team obviously cares about providing excellent service to customers, as it covered (taped-off) areas otherwise may have accidentally been stained in the process, and provided information and insight that helped in deciding on the floor color and finish.
