Sanding & Finishing

  

  We sand and finish newly installed floors as well as existing floors. We offer many kinds of finishes although we do specialize in Glitsa application. We use Minwax stains for colors, as they are the most compatible with all of our finishes. We take as many steps as possible to control the dust, this will include hanging plastic in doorways as long as a waiver is signed. We also do sand only for paint applications. Installation

                                   We offer many different installations from standard straight lay strip flooring to decorative border work and everything in between. Glue down and laminate wood flooring, medallions and stairs. We do not offer any product that is not real wood. We do not do carpet or linoleum . We specialize in Wood Floor Only.

Tear Out

 

Tear outs can consist of anything from carpet removal to tile and underlayment removal. All the preparations that are needed to install your new floor. We remove all the old material from the jobsite. We also move furniture, just not up or down stairs. We do not move pianos.

Estimates

 

Estimates are scheduled over the phone, once you have an appointment an estimator will meet with you and measure your job and discuss some of the options you have. You will also receive an information folder at that time. Within a few days an estimate will be mailed to you. The next process would be for you to call and schedule your job or to make changes to the estimate.

Spray Buff           

 

Spray buffing a Glitsa floor is just a process of cleaning that cant be done just by moping a floor. It will in most cases clean and shine a floor and sometimes remove small surface scratches. It is recommended to have your floor cleaned this way every few years. The floor cleaning is done by our sanding crews, so they can also advise you on how well your floor is wearing, and weather you need to consider having a fresh coat of finish Glitsa applied.
